Section 21. Casual vacancy. THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR BOARD OF PROFESSIONAL ENTRANCE EXAMINATION ACT, 2002

21. Casual vacancy.
No act or proceedings of the Board shall be questioned or shall be invalidated merely on the ground of existence of any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the Board.
