Section 41. Transitional arrangements.

41. Transitional arrangements. Till such time as the Board and Committees are constituted under the provisions of this Act, the Chairman shall have power to perform such duties and exercise such powers as have been conferred upon the Board and the Committees under the provisions of this Act.
