1. Short title, extent and commencement. (l) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Act, 2010. (2) It extends to the 1[whole of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir]. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in **Government Gazette.
