146. Application of provisions of Transfer of Property Act, Samvat 1977 to notices. The provisions of sections 102, 103 and 104 of 1[the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 (4 of 1882)] shall apply, so far as may be, in respect of all notices to be served under this Chapter.
