Section 14. Accounts and audit of the Commission. THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR FINANCE COMMISSION FOR PANCHAYATS AND MUNICIPALITIES ACT, 2011

14. Accounts and audit of the Commission.
(1) The Commission shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare statement of accounts in such form as may be prescribed.
(2) The accounts of the Commission shall be audited in the prescribed manner.
