Section 17. Cognizance of offences. THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR FISHERIES ACT, 2018

17. Cognizance of offences.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the 1[Code of Criminal Procedure, 1972 (2 of 1974)], the offences punishable under this Act shall be cognizable.
