Section 11. Termination of service.

11. Termination of service. The prescribed authority or the 1[Lieutenant Governor], may by order in writing, terminate the appointment of any member of the Force in the public interest and such termination shall be deemed to be discharge simpliciter and shall not amount to dismissal or removal.
