Section 5. Term of office of the Chairman and members of the Board. THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR HOUSING BOARD ACT, 1976

5. Term of office of the Chairman and members of the Board.
The Chairman and the other members of the Board shall hold office for such period and shall be eligible for reappointment under such conditions, as may prescribed.
