1. Short title, extent and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1965. (2) It extents to 1[the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir]. (3) It shall come into force 2[with effect from the 25th day of April, 1986.]
