Section 6. Resignation of office of members. THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR KHADI AND VILLAGE INDUSTRIES BOARD ACT, 1965

6. Resignation of office of members.
Any member may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the Government and on such resignation being notified in the *[Government Gazette] by the Government, shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
