Section 12. Abetment. THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR MULBERRY PROTECTION ACT, 2006 (1949 A. D.)

12. Abetment.
Whoever abets the commission of an offence punishable under this Act shall be liable to the same punishment as is provided for that offence in this Act.
