Section 106. Power of municipality in respect of communications etc.

106. Power of municipality in respect of communications etc. For the purpose of providing or maintaining the water supply or making or maintaining communications or connections with the main, or generally for the purposes of this Chapter, the municipality shall have all powers which are conferred upon it in respect by sections 136 to 141.
