149. Keeping of animals injurious to health. Whoever keeps any swine or other animals in disregard of any orders which the municipality may give to prevent them from becoming a nuisance, or so as to be injurious to the health of the inhabitants or of animals shall be punishable with a fine of two hundred rupees and of one hundred rupees for every such subsequent offence.
