Section 18-E. Bar of Jurisdiction.

18-E. Bar of Jurisdiction. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Act or any other law for the time being in force, no Court shall have any jurisdiction in respect of any matter connected with the disqualification of a member of a Municipality under section 18-A].
