191. Destroying direction posts lamp posts, etc Whoever without being authorised by the municipality defaces or disturbs any municipal direction post, lamp or post or lamp or extinguisher, any municipal light, at any public place, shall be punishable with a fine which shall not be less than one hundred rupees and more than one thousand rupees.
