Section 230. Authorization of powers.

230. Authorization of powers. The municipality or Executive Officer or Secretary, as the case may be, may authorise persons to exercise the power of entry, conferred by the foregoing sections of this Chapter either generally in regard to all buildings and land or particularly in regard to specified buildings and lands or classes of building and lands.
