Section 45. Protection of action taken in good faith.

45. Protection of action taken in good faith. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any municipality or against any employee of a committee or against any person acting under and in accordance with the directions of any such municipality or employee or of a lawful authority in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act, rules and byelaws.
