Section 153. Power to make regulations.

153. Power to make regulations. The Corporation may make regulations to carry out the purposes of this Chapter including in particular, the issue of duplicate in case of losses of debenture by theft, destruction or otherwise, and renewal of debentures on payment of fees prescribed in this behalf by such regulations.
