Section 210. Disposal of land forming site of public streets permanently.

210. Disposal of land forming site of public streets permanently. Whenever any public street or a part thereof is permanently closed under sub-section (2) of section 209, the site of such street or of the portion thereof may be disposed of as land vesting in the Corporation.
