290. Disposal of infected articles without disinfection. No person shall, without previous disinfection give, lend, sell, transmit or otherwise dispose of to another person any article or thing which he knows or has reason to believe was exposed to contamination by any dangerous disease and is likely to be used in or taken into the municipal area or any part thereof.
