Section 1. Short title and commencement. THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR MUNICIPALITIES PUBLIC DISCLOSURE ACT, 2010

1. Short title and commencement.
(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Municipalities Public Disclosure Act, 2010.
1[(2) It shall come into force on such date as may be notified by the Government in the 2[Government Gazette].]
