Section 39. Disqualification for registration in an electoral roll.

39. Disqualification for registration in an electoral roll. A Person shall be disqualified for registration in an electoral roll if he,— 1[x x x x] ; (ii) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court ; (iii) has not attained age of 18 years.
