Section 49. Procedure for conduct of business.

49. Procedure for conduct of business. Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the 1[Government of the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] may make rules to–– (i) regulate the conduct and distribution of business and practice before a Panchayati Adalat ; (ii) prescribe the time and place at which the Panchayati Adalat shall sit.
