Section 82. Disputes as to properties.

82. Disputes as to properties. If any dispute arises as to the ownership of any property or the vesting of any rights arising between Panchayat Halqas, the same shall be decided by the 1[Government of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] whose decision thereon shall be final and binding on the Panchayat Halqas.
