Section 7. Removal from rolls of educational institution.

7. Removal from rolls of educational institution. Any student convicted of an offence under section 4 shall be removed from the rolls of the educational institution and shall not be admitted in any educational institution in the 1[Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] for a period of three years from the date of such removal.
