Section 9. Exemption. THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR REGISTRATION OF CONTRACTORS ACT, 1956.

9. Exemption.
The 1[Government of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] may, by notification in the *[Government Gazette], exempt any person or class of persons from the operation of this Act or from any of the provisions thereof.
