Section 19. Penalty for selling misgraded/misbranded saffron. THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SAFFRON ACT, 2007

19. Penalty for selling misgraded/misbranded saffron.
Whoever sells saffron which is misgraded/misbranded shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months and fine not exceeding ten thousand rupees.
