Section 5. Penalty for conversion. THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SAFFRON ACT, 2007

5. Penalty for conversion.
Any person who uses such land in contravention of the provisions of section 3 or section 4 shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and fine not exceeding rupees ten thousand.
