Section 5-A. Daily allowance for the period of absence.

Daily Allowance for the period of absence.— If a member has been ordered to absent himself from a meeting or meetings of the Legislative Assembly 1[x x x x] under the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business 3[of the Legislative Assembly of the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir], for the time being in force, he shall not be entitled to get Daily Allowance for such period of absence].
