2. Definitions.
In this Act unless the context otherwise requires,—
(a) “Government” means the 2[Government of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] ;
(b) “Institute” means the institute known as Sher-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura. Srinagar.
