Section 44. Delegation of powers.

44. Delegation of powers. The University Council and the Board may, by order delegate the powers exercisable by them under this Act or the Statutes made thereunder, to any authority, officer, heads of divisions, departments, institution or units subject to such conditions and restrictions as they may deem proper.
