Section 49. Extraordinary powers of the first Vice-Chancellor.

49. Extraordinary powers of the first Vice-Chancellor. The first Vice Chancellor shall, for a period of one year or until such time as the Board is constituted whichever is earlier, exercise all or any of the powers conferred on the Board by this Act or the Statutes.
