Section 23. Arbitration. THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SHRI MATA VAISHNO DEVI SHRINE ACT, 1988

23. Arbitration.
If any dispute arises between Dharmarth Trust and the Board, the same shall be referred for arbitration by a person to be nominated by 1[the Lieutenant Governor of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir].
