Section 11. Resignation. THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SHRI SHIV KHORI SHRINE ACT, 2008

11. Resignation.
Any member, other than an ex-officio member, may resign his office as a member by giving notice in writing to the Executive Officer and his office shall become vacant from the date of acceptance of the same by the Board.
