Section 1. Short title and commencement.

This Act was repealed on 31 October 2019 by the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019 (34 of 2019), Fifth Schedule, Table 3, Part B, item 3; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Single Window (Industrial Investments and Business Facilitation) Act, 2018. (2) It shall come into force at once.
