Section 11. Self Certification by the Applicants

This Act was repealed on 31 October 2019 by the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019 (34 of 2019), Fifth Schedule, Table 3, Part B, item 3; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
11. Self Certification by the Applicants (1) In order to comply with the provisions of the relevant laws, every applicant shall furnish requisite information with self-certification, in such form as shall be prescribed, at the time of submitting the e-application. (2) The self-certification furnished as per sub-section (1) by the applicants shall be accepted by the Competent Authority for the purpose of granting of clearances and giving other benefits to the applicants.
