Section 20. Transitional Provisions.

This Act was repealed on 31 October 2019 by the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019 (34 of 2019), Fifth Schedule, Table 3, Part B, item 3; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
20. Transitional Provisions. The provisions of this Act shall apply to all investment proposals that are under consideration of the Government or Competent Authority on the date of commencement of this Act.
