Section 23. Bar of Jurisdiction of Civil Court.

This Act was repealed on 31 October 2019 by the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019 (34 of 2019), Fifth Schedule, Table 3, Part B, item 3; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
23. Bar of Jurisdiction of Civil Court. No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to entertain any suit on any matter relating to clearance of Industrial Investment or against any order issued under the provisions of this Act.
