Section 8. Affiliation restricted to educational institution sin the State.

8. Affiliation restricted to educational institution sin the State. Notwithstanding contained anything in any law for the time being in force, no educational institution outside the territory of the 1[Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] shall be affiliated with, or be admitted to any privileges of, a Cluster University under this Act.
