Section 19. Payment to the Board.

19. Payment to the Board. The Government may, after the due appropriation made by the 1[Legislature of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] by law in this behalf, pay to the Board in each financial year such sums as may be considered necessary for the performance of functions of the Board under this Act.
