Section 24. Directions on the question of Policy.

24. Directions on the question of Policy. (1) The Board shall discharge its functions under this Act, according to the policy or directive given by the Government. (2) If any dispute arises whether any matter is or is not a matter in respect of which the Government may issue a direction under sub-section (1), the decision of the Government thereon shall be final.
