Section 115. Registration of user of new wells in non-notified area.

115. Registration of user of new wells in non-notified area. From the commencement of the Act, all wells sunk in the State shall be registered including the wells in the areas not notified under sub-section (1) of section 111, except those excluded under clause (zzj) of section 2 or brought to the notice of prescribed authority.
