Section 147. Proceedings before Authority.

147. Proceedings before Authority. All proceedings before the Authority shall be deemed to be judicial proceedings within the meaning of sections 193 and 228 of the State Ranbir Penal Code and the Authority shall be deemed to be a Civil Court for the purposes of sections 480 and 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, Samvat 1989.
