Section 155. Procedure for issuing directions by the Authority

155. Procedure for issuing directions by the Authority The Authority, before issuing any direction under section 154, shall–– (a) serve the notice in the manner as may be specified to the concerned user or the licensee ; (b) publish the notice in the manner as may be specified for the purpose of bringing the matter to the attention of persons affected or likely to be affected ; (c) consider suggestions and objections from the concerned user or the licensee and the persons affected or likely to be affected.
