Section 178. Penalties not to effect other liabilities.

178. Penalties not to effect other liabilities. The penalties imposed under the Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, any liability in respect of payment of compensation or, in the case of a licensee, the revocation of his licence which the offender may have incurred.
