Section 43. Transfer of field channel to the applicant.

43. Transfer of field channel to the applicant. If no such objection is made, or where any objection is made and the Assistant Executive Engineer rejects such objections, the Assistant Executive Engineer shall intimate the Tehsildar to that effect, and shall, with the agreement of the Tehsildar, transfer the field channel from the existing owner to the applicant.
