45. Procedure when Tehsildar disagrees with Assistant Executive Engineer. (1) If the Tehsildar disagrees with the Assistant Executive Engineer, the matter shall be referred for decision to the Executive Engineer and the decision of the Executive Engineer thereon shall be final. (2) The Assistant Executive Engineer, if he is so directed by the Executive Engineer under sub-section (1), shall, subject to the provisions of section 46, transfer the field channel from the existing owner to the applicant.
