Section 52. Power to prohibit obstructions.

52. Power to prohibit obstructions. Whenever it appears to the Government that injury or damage to any land has arisen or may arise from the encroachment upon any irrigation or flood control work, the Government may, by notification, prohibit, within limits to be defined in such notification, or may order the removal of, such encroachment.
