44 AH. Board’s power of supervision over Primary Cooperative Land Developm3ent Banks. – Subject to the provisions of the Act, the Board shall have such powers of supervision over the primary Cooperative Land Development Bank, including powers of inspection of account books and proceeding of such bank, as may be prescribed by rules.
