Limitation of certain suits for ejectment - Suits for the ejectment of an occupancy 'Raiyat' or a non-occupancy 'Raiyat on any of the grounds mentioned in Section 22 or in clauses (b) and (c) of Section 41 shall be instituted within two years from the date of the misuse or breach complained of.
